Abstract

|
This thesis has the purpose of analyzing the mutual relation between organizational characteristic factors (leadership of the super intendant, organizational strategy, structure and environment) and organizational effectiveness factors (non-financial and financial) after the introduction of ERP systems and of suggesting action plans for ERP through the ERP actual usage analysis.
Firstly, after the introduction of ERP in vocational rehabilitation facilities, organizational characters have improved. Especially the credibility of superintendent, superintendent’s level of attention, cooperation among departments, cooperative atmosphere among staffs, learning of new technology or style of management, and intercommunication between staffs have made progress.
Secondly, after the introduction of ERP in vocational rehabilitation facilities, organizational effectiveness have advanced. The biggest improvement was shown in information control among non-financial effectiveness factors, and time and money expense of business handling have decreased vastly among financial effectiveness factors
